This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit adsboard.co or use adsBoard.

2. Data we collect
When you visit our website, our servers automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access and the referring page. This is needed to deliver the website securely. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address and your consent choices. When you use adsBoard, we store the ads, boards and notes you save, plus the usage data needed to run the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to provide the website and the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to keep it secure and improve it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and to send you product updates by email only if you have agreed to this (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use technically necessary cookies to run the website. Analytics or marketing cookies are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time in the cookie settings.
5. Service providers
We work with carefully selected providers for hosting, email delivery and payments. They process data only on our behalf and under data processing agreements. If data is transferred outside the EU, we rely on adequacy decisions or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Account data is deleted when you close your account.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
